Key Accountabilities:
- Customer- and solution-oriented processing of multiline claims in Property and Energy & Construction
- Claims handling encompasses all aspects of a claim from beginning to conclusion, including fact-finding, liability and coverage evaluation, reserving, evaluation of subrogation opportunities, and deriving measures for future loss prevention
- Efficient and cost-effective claims settlement including responsibility for investigation, settlement and litigation costs
